Assalammualaikum wr wb...I've just got compliments from a few friends on my so called "transformation". A brand new me. More Confident, More Cheerful, Calmer, Happier and Sassier (if ever there is such a word)
Thank you all for your compliments and constant encouragement. Its simple. Like I mentioned in my earlier entries, take action and move forward ! Get rid of the negative vibes !
Now, with this new me, everyone is asking how could I ever forget the past ? Who says I forgot about the past ? It is because of the past that I am who I am today.
However,

That is what I believe in. There is always ups and downs in life. We can never be at the top for long nor will we be at the bottom for long too. Life is like a wheel spinning. If we are constantly at the top, we will never realise our mistake or anything that we may lack.
However, when we are depressed, STOP. Don't dwell on it for too long. It will be very harmful. Learn to let go. Be sincere with whatever is happening around us. Face them head on ! Because dwelling on it for too long will only hold us back and turn us into a negative person.
But how to let go you may ask ? I know it is easier said than done. But we all have to eventually let go of the past. Slowly and gradually.
Even though you may want to move forward in your life, you may have one foot on the brakes. In order to be free, we must learn how to let go. Release the hurt. Release the fear. The reason why many of us are unable to move forward is because we are afraid of letting go of the past. We are still unable to accept or face the present and the coming future. We are also unable to accept the hurt and the failure that we're facing. All these have to be let go off slowly and gradually.
